Blackjack Rules
Blackjack is a game that is full of great action and this is one of the games that have grown so much popularity all over the world. Many people have won lots of cash not because they are lucky but it is due to the fact that they play the game with great skill.
If you are very passionate about learning how the game is played then you certainly have got to learn the rules of the game. The game can easily be learned in a few minutes but in order for you to adopt your own unique strategy the game has got to be played most often. In this guide we will focus mainly on the rules of the game and players should also note that the rules of blackjack apply to all variations available.
The main concept about the game is to beat the dealer’s hand by getting a hand value that is close or equal to 21. The cards 2-10 carry their face value and the rest of the cards have a value of 10 with the exception of an ace which can be either a 1 or 11. If your hand exceeds 21 then a player is known to be bust and loses his total amount wagered. This also applies to the dealer at which his hand should not exceed 21 and if it exceeds s/he is bust. If both the dealer and the player bust the house is given the advantage but if both make a tie this is known as a push.
When playing blackjack, players would have to know the following terms:

Push – This is when the dealer’s hand and the player’s hand is equal in value
Bust – This is when a dealer’s hand or player’s hand exceeds the total value of 21
